Event Description

The theme of this year’s Summit is Maximizing global health supply chain impact: data and analytics, entrepreneurship and accessibility. During her presentation, Jayasree will share findings from the Foundation’s 10-year analysis of pharmaceutical companies’ actions on access to medicine. Jayasree will highlight supply chain best practices and share expectations for the next decade. She will also look at the private sector’s role in supporting local manufacturing in low- and middle-income countries.

As we look ahead to 2030 and achieving the Global Goals, pharmaceutical company engagement must be sustained and expanded. The adoption of innovative practices, technologies and partnerships have the potential to help us achieve SDG 3 and reach the two billion people who currently live without access to medicine.
